For those who don’t know, Olaf created a basketball fashion phenomenon that became a major part of NYC basketball culture and reached people around the world. I had the opportunity to chop it up with him in front of the old store and hear his story firsthand.
This particular interview means a lot to me because I actually worked at Olaf’s Sporting Goods as a young kid and witnessed the impact those shorts had on the culture.
